Sickness Policy

Parents are asked to inform the school office by 8.50am each day if their child is unwell and will not be attending school. To protect both children and staff from the spread of infection, parents are asked to keep a sick child at home until he or she is fully recovered. A child should be kept away from school until the child has been clear of the problem for 48 hours.

Information for parents on school closure due to the weather.

Every winter brings the possibility of snow and ice.  If we experience extreme bad weather we may need to take the decision to close the school.  In these unfortunate circumstances please listen to BBC Radio Kent who will list all schools which are closed or visit www.kent closures.co.uk  and search for the school in the search box.  Please ensure our school office has your current mobile telephone number as we shall send a text to all parents informing them of any closures or reduced opening times.
